A proud Old Collegian, Liz returned to St Patrick’s College as Principal in 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience in Tasmanian Catholic Education. Having started her teaching career at the College in 1993, she has served in diverse roles including House Head of Rice and coordinator of various co-curricular programs.

Prior to her appointment as Principal, Liz held leadership positions at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School and served as Principal of St Finn Barr’s for six years. She is deeply committed to nurturing an environment where every student is encouraged to flourish and become the best version of themselves.

A proud Old Collegian with a lifelong family connection to the College, Kim returned to St Patrick’s in 1998 after beginning her career in Hobart. Over nearly three decades, she has held significant leadership positions, including eleven years as Director of Pastoral Care for the Senior School and nine years as a House Head.

Kim leads a dedicated team that manages the complex daily operations and community engagement of the College. Her focus is on nurturing strong relationships with the College community, ensuring that administrative and logistical support provides a stable and supportive environment for student growth.

As an Old Collegian, Lindsey practiced commercial law in Launceston before transitioning to education, returning to the College in 2013. With a Master of Theology, she is deeply interested in the connection between faith, learning, and student formation.

Having served as House Head and Senior School Curriculum Director, she now leads the College’s ongoing focus on strengthening teaching practice and shaping a rigorous, relevant curriculum across the College. Lindsey is committed to creating the conditions in which every student is challenged, engaged, and able to flourish.

A proud Old Collegian, Patrick returned to St Patrick’s College in 2019, eventually serving as the Head of Learning for Mathematics and Science before being appointed Deputy Principal in 2023. Throughout his teaching career, Patrick’s leadership has been dominated by a deep commitment to pastoral care and student wellbeing.

Having previously held diverse roles including House Head and Retreat Coordinator, Patrick brings a wealth of experience in student formation to the Senior Leadership Team. He firmly believes that a student-focused approach to pastoral care is the essential foundation that leads every individual to a state of true flourishing.

Karen brings a wealth of strategic expertise to the College, underpinned by 12 years in the private sector and 16 years within the Education Sector prior to joining the SPC team. Her extensive background includes seven years in senior leadership at the Australian Maritime College, where she was instrumental in negotiating Commonwealth Government funding and managing complex funding models with UTAS.

At St Patrick’s, Karen is driven by a commitment to the continuous improvement of business systems and processes. She is dedicated to ensuring that financial resources are managed with precision, maximizing the allocation of funds toward core business activities to guarantee the best possible experience for every student.

A proud Old Collegian who graduated in 1995, Adrian returned to St Patrick’s College in 2008 following an earlier tenure in 2000. With a diverse teaching background including Mathematics, Science, RE, and PE across K-12 contexts, Adrian has served in a variety of school communities including St Kevin’s College (Melbourne), St Brendan-Shaw College (Devonport), and St Finn Barr’s Primary School (Launceston), as well as international experience at Edmund Rice Sinon Secondary School in Tanzania.

Throughout his career, Adrian has held significant leadership positions, including Retreat Reflection Day and Ascent Coordinator, Head of RE, and Assistant Principal: RE. Appointed as Director of Catholic Identity and Mission at the College in 2024, his role is central to delivering the rich variety of faith-based events and mission initiatives that define the heart of the St Patrick’s community.

Cameron’s journey with St Patrick’s College began in 2007 as a Visual Arts teacher, following a diverse career in various industries that provided him with a broad professional perspective. Over nearly two decades at the College, he has held several key leadership roles, including Head of Creative Arts, Teacher Development Coordinator, and Director of Curriculum for the Senior School.

Appointed as Head of Middle School in 2024, Cameron is deeply dedicated to providing a supportive transition into secondary education. He is committed to nurturing a community where no student is merely a name on a roll, but a vital member who is seen, heard, and empowered. His goal is to ensure every Middle School student finds their unique place while developing a lasting sense of purpose and connection.

Nicholas joined the St Patrick’s College leadership team in 2025, bringing with him over 35 years of extensive experience in the education sector. His career spans the full K-12 spectrum as well as tertiary education, having previously taught at the University of Tasmania.

With a distinguished background in senior school leadership, Nicholas has served in key roles including Head of Boys Boarding, Head of Campus, and Deputy Headmaster. In his current position, he is dedicated to cultivating a collaborative environment, aiming to support both staff and students in achieving their individual and collective goals as a vibrant community of learners.

Rachael brings nearly 25 years of experience to her role as Head of Senior School, having taught in diverse secondary environments across Government and Catholic schools in Tasmania, New South Wales, and the UK. Since joining the leadership team at St Patrick’s College in 2016, she has been instrumental in guiding our Year 11 and 12 students through the final stages of their College journey.

With a deep foundation in pastoral and spiritual leadership, Rachael served as the Social Justice and Outreach Coordinator at Christian Brothers High School, Lewisham, and later as the Director of Catholic Identity here at St Patrick’s. This background in mission-led leadership informs her current work, where she finds great joy in walking alongside our senior students as they navigate their final years of school and prepare for meaningful lives beyond the College gates.
